Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking amount.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
No-shows will be treated as a 100% cancellation.
For group bookings, separate terms may apply. Please contact us directly.
